YeBo Supporting Youth
Over 75% of YeBoneers progress into either studies or employment each year. Supporting youth to take their next step is an important part of the programme. The YearBeyond office will assist YeBoneers with their options, be that studies, an internship or a job. Every YeBoneer is encouraged to select and pursue three possible post programme options.
The YearBeyond office assists YeBoneers by connecting them to the right people and opportunities. At the Annual Career Marketplace, YearBeyond connects current YeBoneers with academic institutions, study, work, training and bursary opportunities.
Once YeBoneers graduate from the programme they remain part of the YearBeyond family and network and can access alumni events and communication.
