Join YearBeyond 2026!
YearBeyond is expanding! We give unemployed youth (18–25) a chance to gain real work experience, develop new skills, and make a difference in their communities—while supporting children and learners through literacy, sports, and early learning programmes. We’re looking for non-profits with strong community roots to partner with us and host these youth as part of our 2026 programme.

Apply by 3 November 2025.

At YearBeyond we believe in harnessing the collective resources of all spheres of government, business, donors and civil society to ensure our youth are offered not only a quality programme experience but that they are also supported in their journey post YearBeyond.

YearBeyond works with Implementing Partners who manage the YeBoneers during their Year of Service, supporting them to develop the necessary personal and professional skills to flourish.

Our Implementing Partners

Become an Opportunity Partner!

56% of graduates get their first job through personal networks. For youth without these networks pathway support is key. As such the YearBeyond programme invests in building a network of opportunities for our committed, vibrant and driven youth post their year of service. To date 82% of youth have been successfully supported to enter the world of study or work.

You can be part of changing the trajectory of our youth. We are looking for organisations and companies who can offer post programme opportunities -  bursaries, internships, jobs.

“We started working with Year Beyond in 2017. The YearBeyond Programme prepares their participants to tackle challenges proactively, and survive and thrive in the work environment.”
