The Academy leverages the experience and lessons from over 50 organisations involved in youth work over the last 10 years through YearBeyond. It aims to build the capacity of the sector and at the same time strengthen the Community of Practice between organisations working with youth.

The YeBo Academy is the training arm of YearBeyond. The Academy leverages YearBeyond’s experience and offers a series of short courses to the sector. These  empower professionals by offering practical, hands-on learning interventions. The YeBo Academy short courses are specifically designed to build confidence and enhance skills of practitioners working with youth.

    Equipping social impact practitioners with practical training and facilitation skills grounded in experiential and adult learning principles. Participants develop the confidence and care needed to manage group dynamics effectively while designing inclusive, engaging learning spaces.   • Project Coordination
